Formidable · Business: $199.50/yr. Webhooks come through the Formidable API, which starts at Business.
Free tier versus paid tiers
Formidable Lite includes the builder, saved entries, CSV export and Stripe payments (with a fee when you do not have Pro). In our check, conditional logic, multi-step forms, calculations and file uploads are paid, and webhooks come through the Formidable API, which starts at the Business plan.
VuloForm puts all of those, including signed and retried webhooks, in its free plugin.
Scope
Formidable is often used to build applications on top of WordPress, displaying and managing entries in custom views. It is a large toolkit.
VuloForm is deliberately narrower: build a form, publish it, collect submissions, notify people and send data on by webhook. If you need to display entries as directories or listings, Formidable is the better fit.
Cost
The cheapest Formidable plan with all five essentials is Business, shown at $199.50 a year in October 2026. VuloForm is free.
